Available screening products may include identity, credit, income, criminal history, eviction history, sex-offender registry, global-watchlist, and other supported verification products shown during the screening workflow.

No. “Not included” means that particular product was not included in that screening. It should not be interpreted as passed, failed, clear, or having no records.

Tenant accounts can browse available rentals, choose an eligible Tenant Insight Report, and submit an application through the rental workflow when applications are available for that listing.

Landlord access is tied to the applicable rental application and the report associated with that application. A landlord does not receive unrestricted access to every report in a tenant account.
